brake fluid is a mineral spirit and does not react well with soaps. Go to your local paint / hardware store and pick up some TSP. They'll know what it is when you ask for it. I can't remember what the first two chem's are, but the last one is phosphate. Mix 2 parts TSP with 1 part hot water and pour it over the area. It will lift the mineral oil off any surface. Just give it a light scrub with a broom and hose off.

Use a non liquid detergent such as Tide powder or a cheap one will do. Let it set on the stains to absorb for an hour then scrub with a stiff brush. Wash away and the stain should be gone. If not do it again.

If is alot of clear fluid, use a water hose and wash it down. If you have laundry detergent sprinkle that on top and use a broom to soap it up.
If it is not that kind of area where you can get a hose in, kitty litter spread ontop will do a good job of soaking up the mess and then you broom it away.

go to a hardware store buy muriatic acid to clean the concrete also buy a bag of floor dry to contain what liquid you pour on the fluid stains...guaranteed the concrete will look as good as it did when they poured it! Use Caution with the acid use rubber gloves and don't get it on you or your clothing.
