Ok my season outdoor has just started and I've just been running 57 highs and 58 lows. Indoor I was running 57highs and I really want to get down to 54, 53, 52 for outdoor but I'm not sure eactly how to run my race. I've been running for a good amount of years and earlier in my career I've ran 56 lows and a 53/52 split in the 4x400m but then i suffered a serious injury the next year(torn hammy) which messed me up physically and psychologically. Years later I'm at the times where I started before running 56s,.......I've done alot of rigorous background training which has transformed my body and mind and I was just looking for some help because I feel stuck and frustrated.....so far I've ran two outdoor meets this season(57highs)....HELP!!!

Keep practicing. Practice makes perfect, or at least near perfect.

Buy a lion.

Put him behind you.

wear a buck suite

Put a trap at the end of 400m

If you make it before the trap you will most probably break the world record.

Oh yes jump over the trap at 400m.
