Butterfly, cause your using your arms and shoulders a lot in the stroke along with your legs. Butterfly requires the most upper body strength and if you keeping doing it all the time you'll eventually build a lot of muscle

I would definetly recommend the butterfly.
Here is a workout to help you you build and tone your shoulder muscles (im sorry if this is not your ability level!)

4x50 butterfly w/fins
200 I.M.
2x100 butterfly
400 I.M.

Also you should take a 30 second brake between each set. You can repeat this rutene as many times as you like depending on how long your workout is

To me, this is hardest with backstroke because your legs help with your balance, but using just your arms on any of the strokes on your stomach would be a good starting point.
