You should try stores like ross or TJ Maxx. My boyfriend got a Kenneth Cole leather wallet for $12.00. It was in perfect condition. Here are a few links where you can find some designer wallets for less than $100.

Wow, that's a lot to spend on a wallet. Go to a department store like Macy's to find one. Although, frankly, I would suggest getting a designer wallet for less. I buy mine at Marshall's and you can get good quality, designer wallets for under $30. You could buy him a couple wallets! Or you could also go to eBags' wallet section (http://www.ebags.com/wallets/department/index.cfm?sub_site_id=19).
Good luck. You can definitely get a great, quality wallet for that price. But I would suggest you don't pay full price, but still get him a great one.
