The bumps that you are seeing on your face could either be the beginning of ingrown hairs or an irritation of the dermis. If you do not use sufficient lubrication (shaving cream), then you will experience something called "shearing force".
I would suggest applying a warm moist compress on your face for about 5 min before shaving. You may also want to try incorporating some mild exfoliation bi-weekly. That should remedy the problem

try change how you shave:
Wetshaving is just what the term implies – keeping your face (or for women, their legs) wet with plenty of hot water before, and during, the entire shave. In fact, you should always shave after a hot shower, not before (if you need to shave without taking a shower, washing your face with hot water for a few minutes will suffice). With a layer of hot water between your skin and the lather, the blade skims the surface instead of dragging on it, which is the main cause of irritation, redness, and “shave bumps”.

First, try some lotions and gels when you shave that are for sensitive skin. They are created for the exact purpose of preventing these irritations. If this does not work, visit your local dermatologist to see what they recommend.

I had an same issue take position over the summer. I went to my dermatologist because i became uncertain what to do. My dermatologist presented me with steroid cream and counseled that once the fewer warm months attitude that i do no longer shave as a lot, because my hair follicles were growing annoyed quite truthfully. i wish that helps and that i wish that they go away.

from a guy to a guy, a common problem like you describe is 90 % caused by ALOE being on the razor strip. try 1 without aloe on the strip, hope it works!
