On a scooter,wat controls are on the left handbar?

Left - headlight high-low beam, turn signals, horn, rear brake.
Right - start button, engine kill switch, front brake, throttle.

The left hand controls half the brakes and the turn signals. The right hand controls the other half of the brakes and the throttle.

hmmmm, I thought the left controlled the passenger ejection seat...
