Consumables and materials used for the copying and printing process, such as toner cartridges, are not classified as dangerous substances.

Only if you breathe it in. But even then the effects are a lot like just inhaling a bunch of dust. It should only cause issues in people with Asthma or other respiratory illnesses.

Otherwise it is just fine.
