Is the desity concentraited to the tangent point of kids wanting others to do their home work, in relation to the co-axis of us know-it-all's that think they should do it themselves?

Well first things first,it's just er like out that is outer,like, you know.
Tangentially the concentration has a vertical component if they are smart enough to get you to do it for them they will prevail.
