Remove any kind of hub cap by prying it off or loosening hub cap lock, loosen lug nuts (but do not remove them yet), jack up the affected corner of the car (refer to owners manually jacking instructions), remove lug nuts, remove wheel from car, set replacement wheel and tire on wheel studs, reinstall wheel studs by hand, snug up wheel studs (but not tight yet) with proper tool, lower vehicle to the ground making sure all body parts are not under car or tire!, tighten lug nuts in proper sequence (see link) and to proper torque spec. , finally, reinstall hub cap. Everyone has to learn at some point. Do not be afraid to ask questions if you don't know how to do something. Better safe than sorry!
