What is good about you?

Question

So many people see models on tv and want to be like them, and hate themselves coz they have fat legs, or pale skin, or whatever, but NO ONE is ugly. Everyone has different taste, some are attracted to fat people, some skinny, some dark, some light...so next time you look in the mirror, notice all the good stuff about yourself. There has to be at least one thing you like about yourself...what is it?

The point of this is that all of you have something your proud of that other people would die to have, even if it is one thing. So be proud of what you have!

I want to answer this one two ways;

1. I see a lot of positive things about myself in the mirror. I always have. I do a lot of good things for a lot of people. I am a good guy and a good hugger.

2. Years ago I wanted to look like "The Terminator." I am the right height, just not the right look. It took me about 5 years, but I got the overall image very close. Many people comment on how close I got to looking like "The Terminator." Not the clothes of leather, etc. Just the build, height, hair and face. The sunglasses helped, too.

So true too fat too thin etc. I am actually very happy in my body at the moment and what I like about myself is the fact that I am 55 and enjoying life to the full.

I don't have to worry anymore - do I have spots, am I too fat, etc.,

I am happy in my own skin regardless of weight or in fact anything else that when younger I would questioned.

If I have a zit I put toothpaste on it (gone by morning) and if not who cares.

Life is about being yourself and I am being myself which I love.

I love everything about myself - I am me after all

That is a very good question, your right people always look for negatives in them selves and others. Been there and done it, now i never judge people, i appreciate what I have and I look out for the most important people in my life. Plus i think I am OK so if someone doesn't like me their loss x

My eyes....
I used to be a size 10 before I had the kids and an open excuse to snack all day long. Now I am a size 18 and I am happier, healthier and my girth may have gotten wider but my brown eyes are still as twinkling as they ever were. I have got grey hairs and saggy bits, but hey I love me more now I have my children telling me every day how much they love me....and the hubby doesn't mind the love handles either!!!

Well I happen to like my booty!!!!! I have a pretty darn big one. I am like the modle for the song I need a dime. I have a cute face, little waist, with a big behind. LOL!!!! I am proud of it no matter what others say. I love to wear my Volleyball spandex and show my booty off. LOL!!!!!!

But yeah, I totally agree with what your saying. Peopl need to quit worring about what they need to fix but what they need to stay the same and appritiate.!!!!

This is a nice posistive post!
I guess I like my shape, i am naturally skinny, but with that I have no boobs! I like my legs once I have just shaved them, and i like my smile, I try to smile a lot, it shows a lot about yourself!

I have really soft skin and I don't look my age, a disadvantage now, but I should be lucky when I'm older...
I also like my eyes they are hazel/brown but like to go yellow-ish once in a while...

My eyes, when i look in the mirror its the only thing i really look at!! I dont like looking at the rest of me! Lol!

My eyes and my eyebrows. My eyes are hazel and my friends always are moaning they want them, and I have never plucked or done anyhting to my eyebrows and still they look really neat and nice
