I have always founds live brine to be the best food at this stage. They aren't usualy quite large enugh to swap over the most frozen foods yet, but in a few days to a week you could start trying them on frozen daphnia and eventually frozen adult brine.

AT 3 weeks old your betta fry won't have mouths big enough for anything but microworm and baby brine shrimp. That is ok though because both these nutrient rich foods will ensure your fry grow strong and large.

Remember to keep their water super clean and warm so they grow fast!

At this point I'm nearly ready to go to freeze dried brine shrimp, and flakes. You'll want to break things up by rolling them in your finger. Also if you've been raising brine shrimp I usually keep feeding baby brine shrimp once/twice a week. A lot depends on the size of the fry which can vary greatly at this point.

Crushed fish food. Put it in a plastic bag, crush it, then put a hole in the corner and let it leak into the tank.
