This is a question for you. What kind a relationship are you willing to have? Any situation you can imagine, someone has had that relationship, and it may or may not have worked out for them. To me, it sounds like she's not in the relationship the same way you are. Are you allowed to be with other women, or is a one-way deal? What do you get out of her being with someone else? Do you watch? Join? Are you in it because it turns you on thinking about it? Are you going to get jealous eventually? What if she was with a guy, how would you feel? How honest are you two with each other? If you were with another woman, how would she feel?
You have to know these things ahead of time and be honest with eachother if you want this relationship to last.

It depends on your idea of devotion. Is the the girl you're going to marry? If so, you know its something that the two of you have to discuss. What if you let her continue and she actually fell in love with one of the girls? Then, you're out to pasture. I know this ranks up as a guy's biggest fantasy, however when it involves being in a relationship, that changes things. You simply need to make sure there are boundaries.

If your relationship is strong, you shouldn't have anything to be worried about except that now she's going to be spending a little time seeking a little girl-on-girl. If your relationship is good then it shouldn't cause anymore problems than something like one of you two picking up a hobby.

mmm wether she cheats on you with a girl or boy is irrelevant She is still cheating. Unless you have an open relationship which means you can have other partners as well.

How is that not cheating? She's hooking up with other people who aren't you, why does it matter what gender they are or what their orientation is?
I'd be pissed as hell, but you told her it's okay, so I guess she can't really be blamed a whole lot.
