you cannot measure that. there is no way that each time one drop comes out that it is the same as before. it is not an accurate measurement.

Along with what the answerer above me said, you can also vary the size of a drop by different hand motions and how hard you squeeze.

No. Different droppers produce different size drops, but the usual drop is 1/30th of a ml.
