My boyfriend says he is emo . . . . but he doesnt cut is that possible ?

You're very ignorant, just because you are emo doesn't mean you cut, not all Emos are cutters and not all cutters are Emo.

Emo doesn't mean that you cut yourself. Emo stands for "emotional." An emo person tends to be very sensitive, but emo is also related to the style of cloth some people wear, so yes it is totally possible, and please don't break up with him because he is emo.

Just because someone doesn't cut doesn't make them emo or not. cutting has nothing to do with being emo. emo is about style and music and homosexual asshole rich kids making a new trend. has nothing to do with cutting. if he's a cutter he needs attention! get him a band-aid QUICK!

I'm depressed all the time, because I miss my ex girlfriend alot and my friends are never around, but you know what I do, I DEAL WITH IT. Its life, if you dont want it, kill yourself, dont ask for attention by cutting yourself, that's so lame. All cutting does is it gets people looking at you and thinking you're a loser that cant deal with life. Grow up.

I get called emo, but I've never self harmed, I'm not depressed, and I'm normally really happy.

not all people who consider themselves "emo" are cutters and not all cutters are "emo". it's just a sterotype.
