Morning sickness is miserable. Try taking ginger, however you can get it into you! It helps quell the nausea. There is ginger candy. You can make tea with boiling water, ginger powder and honey or sugar. I like to add lemon and boil it all together.
I hope you feel better soon.

Try doing everything in small pieces and slowly. Don't try to eat a piece of toast rather take a small bite wait awhile then another. Sip on liquid rather than taking drinks. When you are trying to eat and drink make sure you are in comfy clothing, laying down or sitting with feet up and limit movement. You should also call your OB Dr. and see what he/she thinks. They can help ladies with sever sickness.

Toast, soda crackers, and ice chips.. Morning sicknessis rough had it with both my girls. Some things that help... keep a fresh cut lemon nearby while you eat, when you feel you're gonna be sick, take a deep breath of it, also peppermints were a great soother of the sickness for me. Hang in there!

Can you tolerate liquids? Drink fruit juice, milk or shakes, yogurt drinks, and use Ensure, a food supplement.
I assume you have "morning sickness". It does pass after the 3rd month as a rule of thumb.
