It depends on other factors as well. Is this his first offense? Does he have a good lawyer? What are the laws in your state? Can he make a plea? There is no cut and dry answer to how much time he will get for those charges. If found not guilty, he will serve no time at all. Getting charged with a crime is a long way from being found guilty and then being sentenced.
