The front brake supplies about 75% in the dry and 50% in the wet.

Depends. Braking a motorcycle shifts weight to the forward wheel. When you're braking hard enough that the rear wheel is off the road then 100% of the braking is via the front brake.

70-100 percent. 70 percent being its designed stopping power and 100 percent being its potential stopping power should you not use the rear brake or the rear wheel is off the ground as mentioned in another post.

This IS the correct category for this question as many people underestimate the front brakes stopping ability and end up in the dirt. ;)
