is currently overseas, waiting for immigration.
They are newly wed and she has learned he is doing nude sexual webcam chatting. he talks about sleeping too (which could be a lie cause he must be just braging). He wants to meet those females in person too for fun.

She is so upset, devastated that she has not talked to him since 3 months (does not take his calls, answers emails). He is calling probably wants to eat the cake and have it too.

Now she feels she wasted 3 months and should have taken action but was so confused etc, didnot know how to handle it.
She is confused what she should do.

I am being there for her but staying out it too. What you think she should do?

note: In her culture, divorces are not easily accepted, so she is torn.

You consider all this cheating? What you think about she not been able to talk to him for 3 months? Is it normal in the situation? She has always been committed to him.

it's interesting how people marry people they barely know.

if she'd have taken a good, long look at this guy's behaviors before tying the knot, she'd have likely noticed he's "not right" in other ways too.

she needs to dump him.

She needs to consult an Attorney to see if she can get the "marriage" annuled. Since he is in another country, she may be able to prove that he only "married" her to gain access to moving out of the Country he is now residing in. As to his" NUDE SEXUAL webcam chatting", sending Porno of himself across the Internet is in itself a Felony. She most definately needs to consult an Attorney and the sooner the better for her. As to her "culture",what he is doing is not only Adultery but it is also a FELONY and that should open her eyes to the fact that he is a loser and she is better off without him. Also,am sure her"culture" does NOT accept his behavior and am sure her Father would NOT accept it either. She could consult the Embassey and and the Immigration Dept,I am sure they would NOT grant him Immigration status either.

Is infidelity easily accepted? It sounds as if he has no intention to stop his behavior, and may be looking forward to accelerating it.

She should, at the very least, stop the immigration procedings. Once he's here, she's responsible for him. This will, at least, give her breathing room to think. And let him know that she's serious. You don't mention the culture he's from, but I wouldn't hold much hope that any promise from him around sexual fidelity would hold.

divorce is never easy for the person going through it either, but sometimes it's just something that seems unavoidable. and I think your friends situation is one of those times. she needs to divorce this jerk and get on with her life. she feels like she's wasted 3 months of her life that she can never get back, but if she keeps waiting to take action, the 3 months will turn to 3 years, and on and on. so she just needs to go to an attorney, get the advice she needs, and get the divorce. she has wasted enough time on this jerk.
sorry if I sounded harsh, I didn't mean to, I just hate it when people get hurt by people who are supposed to love them and be faithful to them.
Best Wishes to you and your friend.

Well if she's "here not here" (where the husband is) then the heck with her old 'culture' - dump the guy.
