I don't wear socks with my Sperry's, but instead I wear "Not Socks" by Gap (I've had these for quite sometime, so I don't know if they still make them or not, but you can always check). What they are, are socks that only cover your toes, the bottom of your foot and your heel. It doesn't cover the top of your foot and doesn't come past your ankle, so they're perfect when you want to wear socks but not have it being noticable.

They look best without socks, but sometimes my feets sweat so badly that I have to put on some of the little, short socks to keep from sliding out of em.
