the monte carlo stock had 180hp from the 305 w/ stock 3.73 gears.
they ran mid 15's

the grand prix stock has 200hp from the 231ci v6. stock 3.29 gears
they run mid 15's

the monte carlo now gained 45ci, and a much better cam. don't know how the lifters factor in. but clearly the monte has more power. and I'd assume if you cammed it, it also has headers.

The Grand Prix is only offed as a 3.8 liter for that make and year. The supercharger is only available on the GTP model. But gotta go with the Monte.....

monte carlo would probably be faster in a drag race but throw in some twists and turns and the gp would shine

No motor size for the grand prix, what's it got a 250?? more? less?

'Cam and lifter' is that a High rise cam? race cam, 3/4 race cam? or full race cam? better lift and duration? do you know?
