tides are caused by the gravitational interaction of the earth and the moon (and the sun to actually)

i have no idea what question two means actually. the sun is in the center of our solar system, all of the planets are far away from it. do you mean its orbit around the galaxy? in which case my answer would be, i don't know.

iridium, nickel and iron are relatively common on meteorites

hydrogen gas, some helium, tiny amounts of anything else can be found between the stars in scant amounts. there could also be the dark matter but we're not sure what that stuff even is.
