ASAP my glasses are scratched

Sadly, there is no real way to do it. There are advertisements for goo's and gel's that supposedly will fill the scratch, but nothing works.

in some cases they can buff the scratches out but they have to be small ones but if there are lots of them and large your best bet would be to get a new pair because buffing can take the prescription off the lenses if the scratches are large

There's really nothing you can do. But, if your prescription is still current, take it to the local discount optical shop and ask them to put new lenses in your existing frames. If they're single vision lenses, they won't cost much.
