Can you please help me.

I think I might have accidentally erased a sound file, because the little volume icon in the bottom right hand corner is gone. I can still hear sounds from video games and music programs, but I can not hear sounds from the internet.

I have been dying here, can anyone help me?

I would suggest going into you sound options and seeing if anything is unabled. Click control panel, Sounds, Speech & Audio Devices. If you can't find it, there is a Sound troubleshooter utility in there, and you can run your system through that.

There are a few things it could be, but I think this will be the easist and fasted fix (plus it should restore your icon). If you need more info ask and I'll explain more, but I would bet this will do it. The blasted machines are so annoying when they won't do what we want, aren't they?!! Remember you're bigger, you'll win lolol

Good luck!
