Get an aspirin tablet and crush it, add just enough water to make a thick paste. Put in on your zit and leave overnight.
Dries it up really quick.

I agree with the person above. I used Clinique's acne serum, and when talking to a clerk, she said it was just liquid aspirin. If you have really sensitive skin like I do though, be careful. The two places I tried it out, I still have a slightly darker dot on my face. I am glow-in-the-dark white though, which probably has something to do with it.
Worst comes to worst, do the works on your makeup. Foundation, coverup, then powder. If done correctly, it will be well camoflouged. Just be prepared the day after for a slightly worse case of acne.

wash face with foamy soapy water, rinse with hot and then cool, rub some aloe vera gel on face.
