I've had 3 back surgeries and have rods and pins in my back. Does anyone know if I can do any yoga, and where can I get the right steps for it? Thanks

You'd better ask your Dr. before taking any yoga advice. After you discuss it with your Dr. make sure the yoga instructor you choose talks with your Dr. to understand your limitations.
Good luck.

I had L5. Disc operated on in may 99-----,Physical thereapy then Titanium cages insereted in 4/5 & 3/4 when Disc removed in Sept.
I would not do Yoga, The Sciatica pain that may arise out of this bad,
I was 57 worked Jet Air -Craft and R.R . all life,rode horses;
Here is what I did,I first ask Believers to Pray for me,Pentecostal Believers are not afraid to do that,I started
doing what I could,I found an Inside pool ,had to join Senior Women"s water Areobics,the instructed told Me to do what ever I thought was best,I walked in water up to my neck,The walking allows Vertabra to open and allows things to Line up.
Next I went to deep end of pool and with two life belts to hold me in upright position and webed gloves I walked across pool
maintaing standing upright position,Then I found flat road to
walk on.I can and do walk three Miles a day.Work on cars and about anything else i want to do,
Note You are going to recieve some Quack advice ,Like
I am a P. T.or Chriopracter and have 80 % success rate.
