I WOULD LIKE ANSWERS BESIDES "JUST TELL THEM" THOUGH BECAUSE I DONT THINK I COULD DO THAT VERY EASILY! SO ANY OTHER SUGGSTIONS?

you should plan a weekend with your friends then be the first to start up a conversation and that should work it happens all the time just try to be the life of the party

just include yourself such as if they are going to the movies just say oh what are we going to see.lol... or oh can i come too... just try to include yourself in any way possible...
