Bad news is never wanted,thats why there is never a good time for it.

I never want to actually hear bad news so no matter when I am told it, it isn't a good time for it. It does seem to come most often when everything else is falling apart as well. Right then, I see my house of cards tumble...

There is no right way of putting good news or there is no specific way to turn bad news good.
In other words, if all bad news was good, then our world would be perfect, but it the world isn't perfect, and it always end up with bad news at one point or another, regardless of the situation.

there is never a good time for bad news.I really wish the IRS would come and tell me I owe $10,000 the day I win the billion dollar lotto...that would be good timing
