Practice, use your left hand more, just keep doing it while you are alone on the court and put yourself in a situation if someone is guarding you. If you keep going to your right you will be easy to defend.

Shoot alot of left handed lay-ups slowly. Start getting used to dribbling with your left hand. When your done try dribbling full speed with your left hand then make a lay-up. Do this alot. Now you have two options. It may also help if add moves once you're good at it to fake them out.

Just practice doing it all the time until you get good at it.
It's good you are trying to improve on your game.
I remember after Larry Bird won his second NBA MVP award. He spent all summer working on driving to his left because he didn't think he was any good at it.

Use your right hand to shoot the layup from the left side. Just practice more and you'll get the hang of it.

Play greater advantageous protection. flow your ft and stay between you opponent and the basket. in the adventure that your that straightforward to force on why ought to he shoot from outdoors while he can constantly get a extreme share shot by utilising doing a lay up. he's no longer cheating, he's taking earnings of your damaging protection. flow your ft and don't attain. once you attain subconsciously you give up your ft. in case you give up your ft, your beat. flow your ft, stay in front of him and attempt to rigidity him to p.c.. up his dribble. Over play his sturdy facet and rigidity him to bypass to his vulnerable hand. a sturdy offensive participant will force against the foot you have forward forcing you to tutor the longer course. ie. in the adventure that your precise foot is forward he will force to his left while you evaluate that's an prolonged drop step and swap for you. as quickly as a sturdy offensive participant gets shoulder to shoulder with the protection, there's no longer plenty you're able to do. He has already beat you. do no longer choose for his fakes. save your ft on the floor and save them transferring. do no longer leap till he jumps. in case you leap at each ball, shoulder or head pretend, he will dribble around you once you're contained in the air. you won't have the capacity to flow horizontally mutually as your off the floor.

Practice twice as much with your left hand than with your right. When I did it, I improved greatly with my left hand.
Also, try to fake your opponent out.
