you'll probably end up wetting the bed when you sleep. or while your awake. you cant just not pee.

Dont try it/do it if you can help it, i have to do it on long car trips and it hurts if you hold it in long enough. Even after you pee, it will hurt for about 10 minutes. Just again, dont try it or do it intentionally.

First your bladder will fill right up to as much as 1.5 litres. Once it has filled, your ureters will start to fill up and kidneys will start. After that, I would assume you would be in a lot of pain. Try it.
