Not really any program that can remove all, as some will destroy the OS along with it sometimes. Some mentioned anti-virus or anti-spyware, but that doesn't repair anything, just removes unwanted programs/viruses/spyware.
In winxp, click start...run...then type in sfc /scannow that will check windows for any errors/corruption and fixes it.
As for virus and spyware, some online programs are available like this one:

Try Spyware Search and Destroy first. It is totally free, and not a trial. That one seems to work the best for me...They also have free trials for alot of programs, which is very convenient so that you can try it before you buy it :)
