I used to love ER but since i started watching Grey's on the recommendation of a friend i've hardly watched ER.

I watch ER until DR Greene left and the trailers I've seen on Grey's Anatomy seem to be a very bad rip off of ER, aimed soley at women and there dosen't seem to be there anything the hold attention. if you've seen ER, you've seen it all. Then again if you've seen CAsualty, you've ind of seen a PG/U version of ER. it's like all the CSI shows, same show, different packaging.

I've watched ER for a very long time and know that Grey's Anatomy is on i just find ER so boring I love Grey's Anatomy its a nicely written show. ER everything has been done already.

They both have their high and low points. Ever watched House? It's closest to real-life, from what I understand from people I know in medical professions. Between these two, though, I'd have to say I was into ER a while back, but I tend to watch Grey's occasionally now while I don't watch ER at all anymore.

Has to be Greys Anatomy, ER is just to busy for me to watch. Greys Anatomy has a story line and is so different. I love Greys!

ER. It's better. Grey's Anatomy is kinda weird sometimes. And I know the producers of ER, so yeah.

Oh thats a tough one I have loved er for so long that it is like an old pair of slippers but GA has some great characters in it, i have to say that i have not really been bothered with er since Dr Carter (Noah wyle) went to africa if they bought him back then er would win but at the moment i have to say GA wins

grey's anatomy.. i admit im a bit biased since i have not watch a complete episode of ER. however, i know some1 who did but the stories are not as complex as Grey's in my opinion...
