You don't have to have a topic. Everyone loves to talk about themselves, so just ask her questions. For example? Where was the last place she went on vacation? What does she like to do for fun? Ask her what she does for a living? Does she like it? What's her favourite movie?
You can tell if she's worth you time and or interested in you, if she asks you questions back... rather than just totally talking about herself!

An interesting topic depends who you want to interest. Things she likes and dislike, things you like and dislike to see if you two on the same page. This should open up a conversation.

Ummm.....well, it depends on the girl. Ask about herself and show that you are interested in her. Ask about her goals, her future, etc. Don't ask stupid questions, but don't ask way too personal questions either. If she talks and talks and talks all day long about herself and never shuts up then you might want to avoid her. Look for reception, respect, and politeness. Also, don't talk about yourself all day long either. Best of luck to ya!

it sounds familiar but girls love to talk about themselves and hear about you. ask her about her future goals, her family and friends, what she does, what she'd like to do etc. just stay on positive topics, no prior relationship convos and don't let it be one sided, share your info too
