Largely because of the mindest---the attitude about wealth, the belief of what will be. The law of attraction and expectation play large in this.
Resentment of the rich may be the most significant factor in not joining them.

I'd like to know that too. Although a lot of it is they
can invest their money in other things and get tax
breaks and the rest of us work hard but
still get taxed to death.
