If you use an electric guitar with an amp of another company does its still work fine?

you'll be just fine. just get out there are try as many amps as you can before you buy...so you know what to expect out of that amp. All of them have different tones and features that you just want to check out beforehand. good luck.

yeah it will work fine or even better than fine depends on which brand you get

you bet it will. Often times you will get BETTER sound if you don't use matching company names.
