So many colors so many subjective choices. Black seems popular... I suppose if the giver had some idea of the receivers specifications, why not to a responsible owner ? Bought from a The Pound would be better, because at least in Australia it's likely to be de-sexed, micro-chipped & treated for parasites and other cat issues. And you could study the cats socialization habits and temperament first. Pet shops it depends, ask ? I like Heinz 57 Variety's the good old moggy! Yet Another Classic Mister Answerman Question! Tell me the truth... Night School... high I.Q.... or tutoring ? Best Wishes. Mars Mission.

I realise you are not trying to domesticate a white tiger in your house.
WH Smith have a lot of similar products to this - they come in a gift pack with lots of details and are endorsed by the WWF or similar.
They are guaranteed to be one of 100 in total for each animal (your £60 or whatever woudln't cover the cost).
You get photos, updates etc.
You can get elephants, bears etc, I don;t recall a white tiger one exactly, but there might well be.

No No No - Please respect the animals - would you like to be free or locked up in a cage - worse still would you pay thousands of £'s to harm an animal when you could use that same money to save a child's life.
If you are looking to pay for the upkeep of habitat and policing of same in favour of survival of the species then this would be commendable. I'm sure if you did a web search you would find something.

i dont think this is a good gift, most of these things are a take on. you probably will never hear from the company again, once they get your money.
also i dont think this is a good gift for a guy, its more of a girly gift. get him tickets to a football match or something similar.

You can't. It is against the law to own white tigers as they are an endangered species. (Siegfried & Roy have special dispensation because they also BREED white tigers to be relased into the wild.)
