I know he is a great kicker - and I really like him BUT he always seems to blow it when it counts the most. I know he just got his contract renewed for like 6 mil last season but it doesnt matter how good of a kicker he is if he can never make a feild goal when the game is on the line. What do you guys think???????

What happens when you get rid of him? Who are you gonna bring in? Mike Vanderjagt? A Grammatica?
Kaeding's has had some bumps but he's probably the best option for them right now.

I say that the Chargers should keep him. Really good kickers are hard to come by.

if the chargers would have done their job in the 1st place, it wouldn't have come down to 1 man having to "save" the season

And replace him with................? It's always easy to say get rid of so and so, but the problem is they never think about how hard it will be to replace that person.
