I havent had a period in three months and i am experiencing some brown blood could i be pregnant?

At first i didnt have a period for six months then i had a period and now it's been three months since i had a period i had some pain in my stomach but now im experiencing some brown vaginal bleeding but i had some pink bleeding at first could me and my fiance be having a baby please help.

i took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative.I took two urine test at the hospital and they came back negative.i hadn't had a period in six months then i had a period and then i didnt have a period for three months. Me and my fiance have been trying to conceive for a while now can u please help me to shed some light on this.

did your doc have you done an Ultra sound
you missing period 6 & 3 month your doc should have done something about it
why hasn't he (at least a good doc would have)
As far as I know and heard people don't have period because the do not ovulate and if you don't ovulate you will not be able to get pregnant
Please change doc and make sure you get a doc that would
listen and take care of you
