i am going to say no on this one...
i don't think a person is really capable of loving someone else right after a split up.
sure it is easy to just replace someone you have lost... but will you really love them and see who they really are?
most people are still stuck on their last love for a few years. this what i find. there is much to work out and let go of... it's called grieving.

Anyone is capable of loving someone else even though they have just gone through a divorce. But have been recently divorced myself approx. 2 years ago, and have dated the same woman during most of that 2 years, has left me feeling like I should have sewn my oats so to speak. Don't get me wrong the woman I have been dating is terrific, but I have been unable to give my heart to her. It's best to not be a rebound relationship. Wait until that person has dated a few other woman before getting too involved.

That depends on a few things. How long was the marriage on the rocks? How long did he know that it was going to end? If he knew for awhile before it happened then it is possible that he has had time to move on, emotionally. It also depends on the guy himself. He may be the kind of person who falls in love easily. Or he may have finally found the kind of woman that he always pictured himself with. When I got my divorce I was in a relationship right away and within a short while of being with that guy I felt love for him, I knew that my marriage wasn't going to work out and had been trying to save money for a divorce for about a year. So, yes it is possible for someone to be in love right after a divorce.

Yes he may be capable of love BUT more then likely it is a rebound thing because he is just divorced and needs time to heal and get past the divorce that he has just went through.

Anyone is capable of anything. Don't put your guard down on people. Some have no conscience or feelings. Not just men; women too. Good luck!

men can love many women- the late great NBA basketball player Wilt Chamberlain loved 20,000 different women -before the stress killed him
