How many times did you hit that snooze button this morning?

once - i'm staying at my dad's - he has 2 broken legs and some broken ribs - my alarm went off at 4....i' jumped straight up, fell off the edge of the bed, and ripped the plug from the alarm out of the wall.. i did not want him to overhear it and wake up - its' amazing when he actually sleeps - so much pain :(.

And, yes, i'm learning how to get up slowly, letting my body adjust cuz I have a bad back - not a fun morning

I don't have to hit the snooze button or use my alarm clock any more, for some reason i wake up every morning at 4;30 am.I can not go back to sleep if i do i get a very bad headache when i get up the second time, never do that again.

I purposely set my clock for a half hour before I want to get up so that i can push the snooze button 4 times--I like to wake up slowly and just quitely lie there and snuggle with my poodle (who sleeps with my husband and I).

It's a Sunday. I don't set my alarm on Sundays. Anyone who forces me to set an alarm on Sundays will be hated by me for the rest of my life.

I dont use the alarm on Sunday. But on the weekdays I only hit it once.
