Hi. Most are rated for 85C Max. Stop your machine and check for CPU fan running and dust clogs in the heatsink and fan. If it shuts down it's too hot! Fan on heat sink uses 4 screws to hold it in place.and you need to remove it for good cleaning.

Depends on the cpu. Fan on board working, is the fan on the cpu working? Is your heat sink set right? Is there dust bunnies living around the cpu?

Your fan is not cooling it enough. Get A better fan. Or maybe you need to clean it. Blow the dust out of it. Another thing. maybe it is not getting good air circulation because of its location.
