In all honesty...no. I don't think it's important to a lot of people. The society we live in today is breeding grounds for an effed up future. Integrity is just another word with a screwed up meaning (Thanks to people's misinterpretations)

It's VERY important to me. Unfortunately, it holds me back from rapid advancement at work, since I refuse to suck up or backstab.
