What game should I buy for my MacBook "The Sims Complete Collection" or "The Sims 2"???
I had "The Sims 2" for my PC but I changed computers & I got rid of my Sims game. Which one is better? The original "Sims" + all the expansion packs or the "Sims 2"????

PS. They are both as expensive so the price isn't important since it's the same.

I would go with the first sims. Sure maybe it doesn't have the flashy graphics, but it is still a fantastic game. It won't take up as much space as the sims 2 on your computer which is a pretty nice plus. The sims one complete collection is just one package you need to buy and that is it. The sims two, you have to buy all the expansions separatly and then new ones come out every 3 months. The sims one has a much much much better version of pets too, so if your an animal lover its better.
All in all, I think the sims one would be much better.

The Sims 2 graphics are much, much better and there's many more general options. But if you're looking for the all over the place kind of thing, you /might/ want to go with The original Sims.
I don't quite understand though, is the original "Sims" + all the expansion packs just as expensive as plain old Sims 2? =/

I personally like the original Sims. The Sims is retro to me and I like it. It really depends if you want good graphics and more options for Sims, or if you want a fun, interactive (kind of) game.

Never having really played TS1 for more then a few minutes, but having played TS2 all the time, I would say TS2 (The Sims 2). It has much better graphics, and is much more detailed. Plus, I think it's just a whole lot more fun.

the sims 2 is much much better. i have both, and i def liked the sims 2 better. my problem is though that with either game, after awhile i get so bored with them.
