I think that in some states here in the US it actually is, but I don't think they ever prosecute it.

It is illegal in the eyes of God.

If u were married, the act would be ADULTERY, and that is illegal, also immoral, oh by the way, u are'nt ready 4 marriage if u can even think of that question

Yes in some states they really do have laws that say cheating is illegal. They typically don't enforce them though, that would be impossible and would take to much time, money, and resources.

In some states in the US, yes it is. In most states in the US, it's definitely grounds for a divorce. Besides that, if you don't love someone enough not to cheat on them you should get a divorce and then you can do what you want.

YES, I was thinkin adultery was illegal, in some state.

But, that law is rarely enforced. Thro, it is on the books.

it's illegal to drive too fast
it's illegal to walk around naked in public places
it's illegal to take something from others

it's not illegal to have consensual adult sex with whoever you want.

it can be rather dangerous though. are you a fast runner?
