According to the FSA website it is safe to consume honey during pregnancy. This is because a pregnant mother's digestive tract is acidic which prevents the toxin spores from multiplying - no toxins can be produced and therefore there is no harm to the developing foetus.
What fish is safe to eat? Salmon has the highest level of DHA (the most important healthy fat) and other omega-3's, and is one of the least contaminated fish. Tuna (not canned tuna) also has lots of DHA, but may also be more polluted. You CAN eat tuna and the other fish mentioned above, but you should only do so once or twice a month so you don't overload your system. Do not make any of the contaminated fish a routine part of your diet.

It is absolutely safe to eat honey while pregnant but once you have your baby, you shouldn't give them honey until they are at least two tears old to try to avoid the possibility of allergic reactions.
As for fish, any kind of fish in moderation is okay. For pregnant women we always suggest no more than once a week.
Good luck with your baby!

I am 29 weeks pregnant, I was eating honey everyday in first three months as I had nausea, the doctor had told me it is OK. Fish is very good, as it contains Omega3 faty acid, which is good for the baby's brain, but you have to be careful not to consume too much of it, also fish like tuna and sword fish contain mercury which in high amount is not good for your baby, tuna is recommended by my doctor once a week, and the other fish I can eat 100 g every day (according to my doctor)

There are no problems with eating honey during pregnancy (I personally use it as sweetener in my tea).
Fish you have to be a little more careful about, because some fish carry more mercury than others.

Yes, its very healthy and you should use it instead of white fake table sugar. Anything man made is bad for you, and your baby. Try raw cane sugar, stevia, or honey and bee pollen is good too-- I am almost 6 months myself. I feel great I am still exercising and walking our dogs, plus doing yoga. We too love Tilipia, as well. Just don't eat tuna, because of the Mercury in it.

I've read some very conflicting things about honey. Tilapia should be OK, but you have to be careful about how much tuma and swordfish you eat.

Absolutely! Just don't give it to the baby until he's over 3 years old.
Good luck and have fun with your baby!
