Depends on what you mean by a casino... there are slot machines EVERYWHERE, even at the airport. If you mean anywhere that you can gamble, hundreds of places. If you mean a place where you can play table games (poker, roulette, craps, etc) it's a lot less, but there are still hundreds of them. There seem to be new casinos opening on a monthly basis too. The place is expanding incredibly rapidly.

If you mean a full-blown casino (offering the major table games) as well as slot machines/vp. Then, were talking about 150. This is incorporating all of Clark County -- L.V., Henderson, N.L.V., Downtown, etc.
If you mean where gambling is offered...
Albertsons's supermarket - slots
Slot casinos
Big hotels
Mega-Resorts
Bingo Parlours
Sportsbooks
and.. you name it.. (even restaurants/bars with bar-top V.P.)
the number is nearly 875.
