First of all, you have to have internet on your phone. If you do, then you can access any website. Just need to find where to type it in. With Nextel/Sprint you have to do it through Yahoo or browsing it depends on your phone.

And what do you mean download Flash? Most likely (unless you have a $800 phone) you cannot run flash on your cell phone. The program takes up to much space to run on such a small application.
