I live in south east London and my 15 year old nephew is coming to stay with me the week after Easter. He loves films, drama and computer games - anyone know of anything cool he'd like to do?

I would second the suggestion about Planet Hollywood, as it has original movie props on display. Easter Monday the Odeon Leicester Square - London's biggest cinema and the venue for the BAFTA awards - has a performance on the old organ, like cinemas did in the past. Tickets are about £6 and it's a chance to see inside a spectacular art deco cinema with leopard skin seats, though a 15 year old might not get into music from the 1930s. And the BFI now has a mediatheque on the South Bank where you can watch thousands of old clips for free. If he were in London a bit later (April 23rd), he could go to the Spiderman 3 premiere in Leicester Square and see all the stars arrive on the red carpet.

There is a cinema called "Prince Charles" at the back of Leicester Square, which does all the films that everyone else showed 6 months ago, and its about £3 a ticket.

Also Panton Street, Odeon Covent Garden, Curzon Soho, they all do unusual films like the foreign ones with subtitles. I don't know what he's into but there is a good range in London of mainstream and alternative films.

The 3D Imax one near Waterloo would be exciting for him.

Can't help you with computer games I'm afraid but theres a few suggestions anyway.

Well if he's film mad rent dvd's, video games, take him to the cinema. You could take him bowling, ice skating, to the shops. Take him into London to Planet Hollywood, China Town etc. The list is endless..

Well, if his parents are going i think it would be ok. But if not i wouldn't let my daughter go. I mean my main concern is sex. They will be alone. My sister got pregnant in high school her senior year. Hey it happens. I think it's really about your daughter. Can you trust her. Do you think she'd try something like that. I wouldn't have but my other two sisters would have. So if you trust her then ok. But i don't think i could let me daugther go any where with a guy with out his parents going.
