What are the essential medicines each country should produce?

I believe they ae 30.

According to the diseases prevalent in their country. Vaccination comes on top of the list. Roughly about 25 to 30 essential medicines is a basic requirement.

Anti biotics. The reason is that they are prescribed for every little thing. Thus many germs are getting immune to it and are mutateing to something that most anti biotics are resistant to. We now have a super bug. This evolved from over prescribeing too many anti biotics
