I've seen movies with doctors hypnotizing people to find out something that has been lost in their memory. How can I do this?

You said it yourself - you saw it in a MOVIE... come on now, do you really think you can hypnotize someone in a matter or minutes or hours - its like psycho-therapy...it can take years....

If you're familiar with hypnosis, then you've no doubt heard of Master Hypnotist Steve G. Jones. His book, "Ultimate Conversational Hypnosis" has been voted as the best hypnosis course ever made. The book is also available in electronic format at: http://www.hypnosistocontrol.net

If you want to get an edge in everyday communication and lead other people towards your goals this is a must read.

You should read up on books. I have been hypnotized on many occasions. The thing is you might need a professional to assist you if you can't on your own. Believe it or not, I did not believe in hypnosis and it was weird when I was hypnotized for the first time.

You put too much faith in movies.

As I have said to people before, hypnosis is impossible.

A worthless thought, and dream. Nothing but a fantasy.

But, there is manipulation, and if your skilled enough manipulation can become a stronger force than hypnosis.

Good luck anyway.

My father did that to me. Just told me to relax repetitively, keep breathing, and asked me questions deeper into my childhood. It worked. I wouldn't consider it hypnosis. It clears your mind. The more you relax, the more your problems clear out of your mind - allowing your deeper thoughts that weren't there before to be exposed in your brain.
