It is Burt Kwok, a very funny actor in his time. Acted in the pink panther films peter sellars sidekick, and also A shot in the dark. He has been in loads of comedy programmes, but I think he's more famous for Pink Panther films.Brilliant man.

lol all of you say that's the actual deal by using credit, properly Osama Bin encumbered exchange into in the credit...!
